Bookings
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. The fee is for the time and date booked by you however you can request to make changes up to 2 working days prior to your appointment (this will coincide with salon opening hours). You will be given ONE opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge (within the same service category as the original appointment) up to 6 weeks from the date on which you contact us to reschedule. Any further changes will require a new booking fee. If you are rescheduling this must be confirmed within 72 hours, if we do not hear from you within this time confirming a new date we will not roll over your booking fee. If you reschedule an appointment with less than 2 working days' notice your booking fee will be retained and you will require a new booking fee for a new appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or 'no show' you will be expected to pay the remaining 50% of your appointment cost. No new bookings will be taken for ANY appointments until this is paid. To cancel an appointment please do so in WRITING via email ONLY to lashbrowlabclapham@gmail.com (voicemails will not be accepted). Refunds will not be issued. These policies also apply to COVID.  Please note if you arrive to an appointment and you have forgotten to collect a patch test THE FULL BALANCE will be due and you will need to rebook if you want another appointment. Patch tests are essential for ALL new clients. A patch test at another salon DOES NOT COUNT.  We do not do double discounts. If you have any issues with treatments please contact us within 48 hours via email to recitfy this.

DECEMBER DIARY - full payment is taken to secure any treatments in December.  Our polices and terms are the same.  No refunds are given.

 

It is very rare as a business that we will cancel an appointment. However, if we have to cancel an appointment due to circumstances out of our control we will add credit onto your account. This will be available for a maximum of 8 weeks and can only be used towards an appointment within the original service catergory. No credit is added or refunds given under any other circumstances.

Patch Tests
You must contact us via email or Instagram message to advise us of when you will collect your patch test. This is so that we can ensure there will be staff at the salon when you arrive. Generally speaking collection is advised Tuesday to Friday due to increased likelihood of staff availability but please confirm with us in writing before attending.

We offer 10% off for NHS workers full price treatments, this excludes solo brow tint, facial threading / waxing, lash lift or brow lamination maintenance and lash emergency top ups. This will be applied at your appointment when valid I.D is shown or your New Circle Society membership is shown. Only one discount may be used per treatment at a time. 

Please note Lash Lifts should only be booked from 7 weeks and the lift needs to be fully grown out. Please email or DM us to check if you are unsure. If you arrive to your appointment with your lashes still lifted or you book sooner than 7 weeks and we can't do them due to not wanting to cause damage, you will be charged the full amount on the day.

HD Brows without Tint can be performed on those from 13 years old with written parental consent.

You must be aged 16+ to have HD Brows with Tint, Brow Lamination, Lash lift and Tint and Eyelash Extensions.

You must be aged 18+ to have Anti Wrinkle Injections, all Facials, Lip Filler and Microblading.

Eyebrow Patch Tests
If you are a new client, it has been 6+ months since your last appointment, or if you have made a recent change to your medical history, a Patch Test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have had a Patch Test prior to your appointment if one is required. If you attend your appointment having not done so, your treatment will not go ahead and full payment will be due. 
You will need to come and collect your Patch Test, however if there is a significant amount of time before your appointment we can post this for you. Please let us know in advance when you plan to come in for your patch test.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF you will be not be able to have your brows tinted, but will be suitable for the rest of the HD Brows treatment.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF you will not be able to have Brow Lamination.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF you will not be able to have the Eyebrow Tint treatment.

Lash Lift and Tint Patch Tests
A Patch Test is required for new clients a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have had a Patch Test prior to your appointment if one is required. If you attend your appointment having not done so, your treatment will not go ahead and full payment will be due. 
You will need to come and collect your Patch Test, however if there is a significant amount of time before your appointment we can post this for you. Please let us know in advance when you plan to come in for your patch test.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF you will not be able to have a Lash Lift and Tint.

If you require your Patch Test/s to be posted we require a minimum of 12 days notice. There will be a £7 charge for postage of a single Patch Test and £10 for postage of a Lash Patch Test and a Brow Patch Test. Our ability to post Patch Tests will depend on circumstances and this is not a guaranteed service we can offer. Please note if a patch test gets lost in the mail/ is not delivered in time, this is out of our control. Please ensure you have recieved it at least 72 hours prior to your appointment and if you havent recieved it 72 hour prior to your appointment contact us immediatley via email ONLY. If lost due to royal mail issues or not delivered by them on time and we need to post another patch test to you, we will require payment again.Refunds for patch test are not given.

Lash Extensions Patch Tests
An in person Patch Test is optional for new clients a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. They are not necessary for eyelash extensions, however if you would like one please do book one in prior to appointment. 
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding then we would recommend a Patch Test. 
Patch Tests for eyelash extensions will take approximately 30 minutes and will be charged at a non-refundable price of £15. When you attend your appointment this amount will be deducted from your remaining treatment price.

All Lash Appointments (extensions and lifts)
All clients must:

- Avoid caffeine prior to appointment
- Not wear contact lenses during the treatment

- Please arrive with no make up on eye area
- Not come with lash extensions from another salon unless a removal is booked
- Ensure you have waited at least 7 weeks if switching from a lash lift to lash extensions

- Have no lash extension on if you have booked a lash lift and tint

Lip Filler
All clients must:
- Be 18+ (Please have I.D on hand)
- Not be pregnant / breastfeeding or having IVF
- Not be on any blood thinning medication 
- Not be flying for at least 7 days after appointment
- Not be allergic to bee or wasp stings 
- Avoid vaccines 2 weeks before appointment and 3 weeks after appointment 
- If you are Diabetic / have a Blood Clotting disorder please provide a doctor's note to confirm it is safe for you to have filler
- If you have any Autoimmune diseases please provide a doctor's note to confirm it is safe for you to have filler
- If you have asthma, it is recommended you bring a chaperone to assist in the case of an asthma attack.

Please note we do not infill other Lash Technician's work from another salon. You will need to book in a removal and a new set. If you arrive wearing another technician's lashes you will be turned away and full payment will be due. Please arrive to ALL lash appointments with no make up on, especially eye make up as this can affect the extensions or lift. 
Infills are required every 2-3 weeks (maximum 3 weeks from initial appointment). After 3 weeks a new set will be required. If you book infills beyond this point your appointment will be cancelled or you will be charged at appointment for a new set.

Appointment Policy
Please attend your appointments alone (this includes without children and pets), if you arrive with a plus one they will be asked to leave. If you arrive with a child (including a buggy) or pet then your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay the remaining balance. NO bikes or scooters are allowed in the salon under any circumstances. Please arrive for your appointment at the time you have booked. If you are early we cannot guarantee that we can see you prior to your booked time. If you are late please be mindful that this will come out of your appointment time. If you are late by 10 minutes or more your appointment will be cancelled and your full treatment cost will be retained. If you have only paid a booking fee then the remaining balance would need to be paid before you can book any new appointments at the salon. Any new appointments will require a new booking fee. If you haven't collected a patch test for your appointment it WILL be cancelled and the full balance is due.
