Patch tests are mandatory for your safety and are required for all new clients, or if 6+ months have passed since your last appointment, or your medical history has changed. Patch tests from other salons cannot be accepted.
Can be posted with 12 days’ notice (£7 for one / £10 for both lash + brow)
Postage is not guaranteed once dispatched (this is out of our control) - please confirm arrival as soon as received or if not within 24 hours
If you arrive without a patch test, full payment will be due and your treatment cannot go ahead.

Sunday bookings are run on a one in, one out basis to keep the salon calm and organised. If you arrive early, please wait outside until your appointment time.

In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, credit will be added to your account which is valid for 8 weeks from the original appointment and only redeemable for the same service type.
No refunds or additional credit are given under any other circumstances.
Please arrive without eye makeup and avoid caffeine before your appointment. Contact lenses must be removed.
We do not work over other salons’ lash extensions. Please book a removal & new set if this applies.
Lash Lifts should be booked no sooner than 7 weeks after your previous Last Lift
Infills are required every 2–3 weeks (max 3 weeks). After 3 weeks, a new set is needed
We only stock c,cc, d curl lash extensions
Clients must be 18+ and not pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing IVF.
Avoid blood thinners, flying within 7 days, and recent vaccines (2 weeks before / 3 weeks after).
If you have allergies, autoimmune conditions, diabetes, or a blood clotting disorder, a doctor’s note is required.
Asthmatic clients should bring a chaperone.
If a patch test to dissolve shows a reaction, the booking fee will be retained to cover medical and product costs.
Please attend alone (no children, pets, buggies, bikes or scooters)
Arrive on time - lateness over 10 minutes will result in cancellation and full charge
Patch test not collected = appointment cancelled, full balance due
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours via email
